Candidate Profile
- Must be a seasoned Senior Leader or Associate Director/Director.
- Experience in supporting a Telecommunications industry is highly advantageous.
- Expertise in supporting a Chat program an advantage.
- Experience in Sales a plus.
- Proficient in business financials, service level management, revenue forecasting
- Proven track record in driving NPS and CSAT improvements.
- In-depth knowledge in project planning, delivery, and operations
