Private Capital Corporate Tax Associate Director
As a member of our Private Capital Corporate Tax team you will work with a varied client base, from owner‑managed businesses to private equity backed businesses.
Responsibilities
- Advise a broad range of clients on compliance and advisory tax projects.
- Engage in client meetings, answer queries concisely and confidently.
- Produce high quality, accurate tax advice and deliver on expectations and deadlines.
- Lead client work, coordinating with other Tax teams to allocate appropriate skills.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, supporting their career progression.
- Provide creative solutions to client tax issues, proactively cross‑selling wider firm solutions.
- Lead pitches and proposals, actively growing the business through market presence.
