GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Engagement Solutions Associate is responsible for promoting solutions among peers within agencies and developing deep relationships to ensure optimal adoption of all product features. The role involves engaging with clients, building relationships, and defining and implementing products that make the organization indispensable to its clients.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Within three months: develop a strong understanding of the company’s value proposition and products, and begin building relationships with key clients in the existing pipeline.
- Within six months: confidently present capabilities and strategic insights to potential clients, identify and progress new opportunities, and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline and advancing current deals.
