Job Description

Associate Engineer for Command Centre (Service Delivery & Ops) 1. Jeopardy & Appointment Management
  • The Command Centre will monitor and address jeopardies with Controllers, Building Access, and Planners.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Order Takers, and IT regarding untagged appointments.
  • Controllers shall escape untagged appointments once they confirm a work order exists in ESOM but remains unlinked.
2. Attendance & Roll Call Management
  • The Command Centre will verify daily roll calls and broadcast updates to the respective contractor and Singtel controllers.
  • Partner Sponsors (or their delegates) must follow up with staff to ensure data accuracy and mitigate no-show risks.
3. Issue Resolution
  • Audit and resolve tagging discrepancies originated by Sales, SDE, or Order Takers.
  • Proactively notify Account Managers and Sales teams regarding pending work orders for upcoming book...
