Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and escalated incidents to tier 2 maintenance team
- Perform weekly endpoint protection updates
- Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
- Perform certificate renewal and administration for servers and end users
- Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
- Monitor and check physical health status of servers and data centre
- 2 years contract
- 12 hours rotating shift (14‑16 days per month) 9am–9pm, 9pm–9am
- Up to SGD 3,500 + allowance + PB
- Novena
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in IT Administration (recommended)
