Job Description
You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end staff screening process, partnering with multiple stakeholders across the hospital to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant screening outcomes for CGH staff.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end staff screening workflows with key stakeholders, including Human Resources (HR), Appointment Services, Occupational Medicine (OM) Doctors, Nurses, Radiography, Laboratory Services, Specialist Clinics Operations, Clinics, Business Office, Finance, and CGH staff
- Schedule and manage appointments to ensure timely completion of staff screenings, fitness-to-work assessments, and contract renewal requirements
- Monitor screening documentation, compliance status, attendance, no-shows, outstanding investigations, and follow-up actions to support timely case closure
