Position Overview
Financial Analyst – Toronto, Canada. This role supports financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for Capital One Canada.
What you'll be doing
- Work with business teams to analyze financial metrics and performance.
- Prepare financial forecasts to support product and strategy decisions.
- Develop reporting and analysis to provide insight into business trends.
- Participate in the external financial reporting process, including external audit and OSFI reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, schedules and documentation.
- Perform financial and operational audits, testing controls, and identify efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Will obtain or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem‑solving and conceptual skills.
