Job Summary:
The Transaction Services Associate supports the Financial Due Diligence team in analyzing and interpreting financial data to deliver high-quality insights for M&A transactions. The role involves summarizing financial information, preparing data books, reconciling management data with audited statements, identifying key trends and anomalies, and assisting in report preparation and review. Working closely with senior team members and global counterparts, the Associate Consultant contributes to the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of deliverables.
