Associate, Financing Group, Global Banking, Asia Pacific. Location: Singapore. The position is responsible for supporting the Financing Group, Global Banking in Asia Pacific. Primary activities of Financing Group include fund finance, infrastructure / project finance, real estate finance, asset finance, securitization and other structured financing solutions. Primary functions of Financing Group include origination, execution, structuring, documentation, cash flow modelling / financial analysis, negotiation and closing of structured finance transactions and ongoing management of the existing structured finance loan portfolio. Candidate will collaborate with other teams / departments in origination / relationship coverage, syndication / distribution, management of middle-office, legal, market- / credit-related functions / risks.
