Responsibilities:
Management Reporting for 3 legal entities.
Act as trusted partner to executive leadership on Strategy, Investment and Performance
Stakeholder Management and build collaborative relations with Business heads
Lead coach and develop high performance business partnering team
Drive Business Performance through robust Annual Planning, forecasting and performance management
Pricing, Product costing and commercial acumen
Improved quality and speed of executive decision‑making
Create strong leadership bench and succession pipeline within the partnering function
Accounts Receivable Management. (Order to Cash)
Cost Centre Management and cost allocation
General Ledger and Scrutiny of the same for expenses
