Associate, Group Investments

Description ESR is seeking a driven and analytical Associate with minimum 4 years of investment experience to join the Group Investment Team. The candidate will independently evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conduct in-depth financial modelling, and prepare high-quality investment papers as well as ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision making by ESR senior management. The candidate will also work with key stakeholders across the broader business, including the Group Strategy & Investments team on Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities and the in-country investment teams on key projects.
