Associate HRIS Analyst

The Impact You Will Have The Associate HRIS Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of multiple Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including ADP Vantage, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, UKG Workforce Now, and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. This role supports key HR operations by processing employee lifecycle transactions, providing user support through ServiceNow, and managing HRIS-related communications. The Associate HRIS Analyst also plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy through data validation and quality assurance activities. Working closely with HR and Finance teams, this position helps monitor funded positions and their expiry dates within SuccessFactors. Additionally, the role contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives, maintains electronic employee records, participates in system testing for upgrades and enhancements, develops user documentation, and supports third-party HRIS audits.
