Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide primary nursing care for work-related and non-work-related illnesses/injuries.
- Perform first aid and emergency response for accidents and medical incidents.
- Maintain proper documentation of all treatments and cases.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage and general health education.
- Assess patient symptoms and dispense appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) medications in line with clinical guidelines.
- Follow up with patient who are on long medical leave/ serious illness and report any concerns promptly to senior nurses if any.
- Support the overall functioning of the clinic and participate in shift duties.
- To support workplace health promotion programs/ wellness initiatives and Occupational Health Surveillance programs.
