This position will see the successful applicant joining the firm’s highly regarded Insurance Partner who advises on various insurance matters which may include but are not limited to Life Insurance, Professional Indemnity and Personal Injury Claims.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years PAE in insurance litigation (acting for insurers); and
- Knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act and other industry relevant legislation.
