Job Description
To support the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in maintaining effective IT governance, technology risk oversight, and regulatory compliance in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and internal governance frameworks.
The role focuses on governance coordination, structured reporting, documentation, and audit support to ensure IT activities are well‑governed, transparent, controlled, and audit‑ready.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the CIO in the administration and ongoing maintenance of the IT governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assist in preparing IT governance, technology risk, and compliance reports for management, IT committees, and board‑level forums.
- Maintain IT governance documentation, evidence repositories, and trackers to support audit and regulatory reviews.
