About the job Associate IT Project Coordinator (Alabang) | Onsite
Location: Must be willing to work in a 100% onsite set up in Alabang

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and client transition projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT Ops, ISG, Risk, Business) and external clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, risk logs, and handover reports.
- Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and escalated issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support site IT managers in executing internal IT initiatives such as server/network refreshes, telephony upgrades, and cloud transformation.
- Ensure compliance with Information Security policies and adhere to Risk guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
