Job Description
We are seeking a Local IT Support professional to provide day-to-day technical support for users at the office. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting network connectivity, and ensuring IT systems run smoothly to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and office software
- Support users with email, system access, passwords, and basic cybersecurity practices
- Set up and maintain workstations, monitors, and office IT equipment
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to appropriate vendors or higher-level support
- Perform regular system checks, backups, and basic maintenance
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records
