We offer a broad range of legal services in various practice areas. Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a talented mid-level lawyer (+3 year-call) to join our family practice group. This position will expose you to all aspects of family law, including:
- Divorce proceedings
- Agreements, including cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements (marriage contracts) and separation agreements
- Child support
- Spousal/partner support
- Guardianship and parenting time
- Division of family / matrimonial property
- Paternity
- Adoption
