Urban Legal Recruitment is pleased to partner with our highly regarded client, a leading regional law firm, in the recruitment of an Intellectual Property & Technology Associate to join their Calgary office.
This role is well suited for a lawyer who enjoys a broad, integrated practice, combining intellectual property, technology and corporate commercial work across a wide range of industries and clients.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 4–8 years of experience in intellectual property, technology, and corporate commercial law within a team-based environment from a national, regional or reputable boutique.
- Experience with drafting, reviewing, and advising on a variety of technical and commercial agreements, including IP licensing agreements, Saas agreements, distribution agreements and master service agreements
