Key Responsibilities
- Assume carriage of plaintiff personal injury files from inception through settlement or trial
- Conduct discoveries, mediations, motions, pre-trials, and court appearances
- Prepare pleadings, motion records, mediation briefs, and legal correspondence
- Develop litigation strategy and provide thoughtful legal advice to clients
