Job Description

Kennedys is seeking an Associate to join our expanding casualty practice in Melbourne, working directly with specialist Partner, . In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of casualty, product & public liability matters, property damage and Victorian WorkCover recovery claims.


This is an opportunity for an experienced lawyer to develop their career working for a reputable global law firm. We are looking for a candidate who is a team player, can develop and maintain excellent client relationships and is keen to be involved in marketing/business development and client training activities.


You'll manage a diverse portfolio of high-quality work for London market syndicates and leading domestic and international insurers, including:

  • Casualty work

  • Worker claims and Victorian WorkCover Authority recovery claims

  • Product and public liability claims

  • Property damage claims
