Summary:
This role supports the commercial team in driving distributor performance and market expansion. This position will be responsible for managing distributor relationships, tracking sales and distribution KPIs, supporting trade marketing initiatives, and ensuring execution excellence across markets. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Distributor Performance Management
• Deliver Sell In(GS) and Sell Out(ICS) stretch targets
• Monitor and analyse distributor sales performance
• Coordinate monthly business reviews with distributors
• Negotiate on monthly PO placement and inventory management
