**_What You Will Do_**
As the Associate Manage you will lead the Clinical Specialists within the specified region which includes hiring, on-boarding and training, managing the clinical support schedule, setting and delivering performance objectives, ensuring all Clinical Specialist job duties are being met, properly handling any performance management situations and writing annual reviews
+ Responsible for ensuring and managing facility case support, Clinical Specialist on-call schedules, and point person for customer communications
+ Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious manner
+ May provide case coverage at accounts in designated geography
+ Support the execution of the sales plan as well as grow the utilization of the Enabling Technologies product portfolio by increasing volume with current and potential surgeons
