In this role, you will contribute directly to the definition and execution of the corporate strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high‑value strategic and business development workstreams with strong ownership and minimal oversight.
- Conducting detailed market, sector and competitor analysis and distilling insights into clear strategic recommendations.
- Building advanced financial models, valuations and Board‑level investment materials.
- Supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, market assessments and external stakeholder engagement.
