About The Role
As part of 2K’s Global Loc 2.0 strategy, we are expanding and professionalizing our regional LQA operations to improve testing depth, cross‑functional alignment, and linguistic quality at scale. We are seeking an LQA Associate Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day coordination of LQA testing efforts for one or more titles and support the professional development of LQA Analysts and vendor teams.
This role is ideal for an experienced senior LQA specialist or team lead transitioning into formal people management.
