Associate Manager – Marketing Commercialization
This role is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of SCJ brands. In close partnership with the Manager, this Brand Manager will drive growth by delivering consumer‑centric strategies, strengthening brand equity, and ensuring excellence in commercial execution. This position plays a key role in shaping long‑term vision while delivering short‑term business results.

- Brand Strategy & Growth – Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Identify growth drivers and build actionable plans to accelerate brand performance.
