About the role:
Join our fast-growing beauty brand and become a fundamental member of our expanding growth team. We are looking for a savvy, passionate Associate Manager, Paid Search who is excited about data-driven growth, sustainability, and beauty! This person will own the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of our paid search programs to maximize profitable revenue at or above target ROAS thresholds. You will focus on disciplined testing, smart automation, and granular optimization to ensure every dollar of spend drives incremental, measurable value.
