EGA Strategy and Corporate Development
The Senior Associate will assist and lead multiple work‑streams that support the development of EGA’s strategy and business objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing strategic priorities and the annual strategy development process.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and syndicating new investment opportunities across the value chain on a global basis.
- Developing performance improvement initiatives (e.g., operational improvements, OPEX/CAPEX reduction) and engaging appropriate functions to align and implement them.
- Interpreting data from multiple project components and translating findings into clear recommendations and business cases for new initiatives.
- Implementing initiatives that cover all business areas of EGA, including both revenue‑enhancing and cost‑reduction projects.
