Key Responsibilities
Manage Direct Tax compliances including TDS/TCS review, statutory payments, return filing, certificates, and assessment proceedings. Handle Indirect Tax compliances, including return filing, tax payments, reconciliations, notices, audits, and refunds. Support Income Tax, GST, and Transfer Pricing assessments and audits. Prepare tax schedules and coordinate with statutory, tax, and transfer pricing auditors. Draft responses and submissions to tax authorities. Provide tax advisory support on business transactions, tax planning, and structuring. Review tax data and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to resolve tax-related matters.
About the Role
