Job Description
We are seeking an Associate in Western Canada, Calgary based, that plays a critical role in both originating new commercial mortgage transactions and managing an active loan portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Deal Intake & Pipeline Management
- Conduct intake for new transactions within 24 hours, providing initial financial models and written recommendations.
- Prepare Deal Qualification Meeting (DQM) applications and track deal statuses in Salesforce.
- Maintain and update data deal with precision and completeness across systems, primarily Salesforce.
- Deal Structuring & Credit Committee Preparation
- Structure deals and prepare financial models under the guidance of the Relationship manager.
- Prepare and update A/B Term Sheets and draft Letters of Intent (LOIs) for borrower execution (capacity permitting).
