As an Associate - Network, you will be a key member of our dynamic IT services team, providing expert support and driving improvements across our managed service centers. With a background in network security and infrastructure, you will troubleshoot, deploy, and optimize network environments, ensuring system availability and reliability for our clients.
Monitor and optimize network performance for maximum efficiency and security. Provide L1 support for Cisco switches and FortiGate firewall incidents, diagnosing and resolving network and security issues. Plan, execute, and manage the deployment of network devices and security solutions, ensuring seamless integration. Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams for prompt resolution.
