Evaluate key risks in financial reporting processes, articulate risk issues to various stakeholders, and propose changes in control design to address risks efficiently. Provide advice to the business throughout the SOX process to enhance internal controls and improve the firm's internal controls over financial reporting. Understand external audit requirements to provide appropriate internal control and management testing documentation.
