Responsibilities:
End-to-End Order & Logistics Management:Oversee the full order lifecycle, including international shipping documentation, warehouse coordination, and the processing of returns or credits to ensure timely global deliveries.
Financial & Tax Compliance:Manage invoicing and billing in strict accordance with Korea’s tax regulations, while ensuring all activities meetSOXcontrols and internal audit standards.
Korea Affiliate Support:Act as a dedicated partner to the Korea Affiliate by managing stakeholder inquiries and analyzing data trends to align services with local market preferences.
Process Improvement & Problem Solving:Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and collaborate across functions to lead system enhancements and process improvement projects.
