- Process Account Opening and/or Customer & Account Data Maintenance requests for Individual Customers.
- Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Handle enquiries and escalations from Singapore Branches and Business & Support Units.
- Assist in adhoc duties, as assigned.
