Receiving- Empty dunnages Dispatch 2 Monitoring of Spare & VOR parts on daily basis 3 Line feeding related all activity 4 Line feed manpower deployment 5 Line audit - 2 bin system , maintain floor part stock, 5s Audit 6 FIFO & shelf life parts audit weekly, Receiving audit 1/day, 7 Vehicle declaration Pull list run & clear the Pull list part, 8 In-house Trolley Maintenance, 9 Supplier trolley management- follow up with supplier by mail 10 KAIZEN 1/Month per person 11 Identify & closure of Safety points weekly UA/UC 2/month 12 Daily shift end meeting with linefeed operators(For High & Low issue) 13 Collection of Line rejection parts, Process Rejection clearance weekly, 14 Training weekly - safety/MHE Handling/3s/Binning/Line feeding etc., 15 Bulk Posting 2 times in week 16 Daily BA Attendance Updation in excel 17 EN/Project - Monitoring EN part cutoff at the time of changeover 18 EN/Project - Ensuring BOM change after the vehicle cutoff 19 Daily Monitor Shelf life software 20 Apex QCRT ...
