Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture (Aalto ARTS) is a global leader in higher education and research in design, art, media, architecture, and related fields.
The Department of Art and Media invites applications for an Associate or Full Professor position in Art, Society and Technology. The successful candidate will be appointed on the Aalto University tenure‑track system, beginning August2027 or as agreed, and will work in the Department of Art and Media.
Responsibilities
- Carry out, lead, and supervise research that examines how technological transformations (digital platforms, AI, datafication, platform‑driven economic models) affect creative work, cultural production, contemporary art, and civic life.
