Your role
People Direct & Data Associate – delivers a range of HR services and responds to enquiries and requests from internal customers and external parties. You manage the first level support, employee enquiries through the HR case management system, People data, Employee life cycle, Continuous improvement, Workday and ServiceNow.
What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact, ensuring all HR‑related enquiries, escalations, feedback and complaints are handled professionally and diligently and translated into a case in ServiceNow.
- Manage and respond to employee enquiries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, onboarding, system navigation and HR processes.
- Support the HR Specialist in managing employee life cycle tasks for assigned countries in APAC and MEA, including onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, off‑boarding, compensation and benefit administration, file management and document preparation.
