Performance Director – Paid Media
Job Description: The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the paid media performance portfolio which comprise of media channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Programmatic. The role is responsible for the execution of the strategy and planning, communication and performance of client KPIs, and maintaining adherence to deadlines and best practices.
At its core, the Performance Director provides strategic guidance, plans and helps execute paid media campaigns across all relevant biddable media channels and platforms to achieve clients’ business goals. The role involves managing a team of performance specialists.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Media planning and activation across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, Display – building, managing, optimising and troubleshooting varied campaigns spanning the marketing funnel.
