Job Description
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end social media and support performance marketing initiatives. The role includes content creation, planning, posting, engagement, and campaign execution across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form videos
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Hootsuite/Buffer
- Monitor performance and optimize engagement and growth
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube Ads)
- Track key metrics (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS)
- Build and manage marketing funnels and tracking systems (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
- Set up automation workflows (Pabbly, Zapier)
- Analyze data and generate performance reports
