Job Summary
The Principal – Application Operations (Digital) is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of all critical digital platforms. This role oversees end-to-end operational health across mobile, web, APIs, CRM, and ERP systems, acting as a production gatekeeper while driving continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end availability, stability, and performance of digital applications.
- Drive proactive monitoring across application, infrastructure, database, and network layers.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Act as the production gatekeeper for deployments and releases.
- Own Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and execute regular DR testing.
- Provide performance reporting and stakeholder communication.
