Functional
The responsibilities of an Associate Product Manager (APM), Deposit Components, are focused on detailed execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement within their assigned product area:
Component Strategy & Backlog Management:
Contribute to the refinement of the product vision and strategy for specific deposit components (e.g., Core Account Management, Transaction Processing, Savings & Goal-Based Products, Low-Cost & Financial Inclusion Products, or Product Security & Compliance).
Own, define, and meticulously manage the backlog for their assigned component, prioritizing user stories and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical dependencies.
Translate high-level product requirements into detailed, clear, and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team.
