Job Duties: Leverage deep expertise in the Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) business model to deliver end‑to‑end solutions, collaborating closely with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Onboarding, Billing, and Data Engineering teams. Expert knowledge of Aladdin applications to help troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless and timely support for portfolio and account management teams. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across Implementation, Onboarding, Marketing and Legal & Compliance in a technical capacity to execute large‑scale client transitions, improving scalability while mitigating operational risk.
