Job Title: Associate Professor (Monetary Economics)
The Associate Professor of Economics with specialization in Monetary Economics will provide academic leadership in the areas of macroeconomic stabilization, monetary policy, central banking, and financial markets. The role includes teaching, conducting high-impact research, and advising public sector stakeholders including the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Ministry of Finance, and international financial institutions. This position aims to strengthen analytical and empirical understanding of inflation dynamics, interest rate management, exchange rate regimes, and monetary transmission mechanisms in Pakistan and comparable developing economies.
