Associate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview
The Associate Quantity Surveyor supports the QS team in providing cost management and commercial advisory services across construction projects. This role involves assisting with cost estimation, tender documentation, contract administration, and financial reporting under the guidance of senior quantity surveyors.
Key Responsibilities Cost Management & Estimation- Assist in preparing preliminary cost estimates and budget forecasts
- Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and pricing documents
- Support feasibility studies and cost planning at various design stages
- Maintain and update cost databases and benchmark information
