Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiative Implementation
Assist with implementation of R&D's strategic initiatives
Provide framework for decision-making and track progress
Ensure alignment with leaders accountable for changes
Serve as communication liaison with wider organization
Drive R&D initiatives and establish strong working relationships outside work group
Influence without authority, leveraging relationships and networks to achieve outcomes
Apply analytical thinking to identify root causes and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges
Excel in stakeholder management, navigating ambiguity and aligning diverse priorities
