As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue retention and growth within an assigned territory through contract renewals, service sales, and upsell opportunities. You will engage customers strategically to demonstrate the value of moderately complex products and services while delivering a strong, customer service–led sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated territory and collaborate closely with your team to achieve revenue-based quotas through renewals, services, and upsell opportunities.
Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions, including quotation preparation, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and renewals.
