**Associate Sales Manager – Employer Services International (ESI)**
The Associate Sales Manager (ASM) plays a critical role in driving sales performance and building leadership capability within ADP ESI. This role combines **front-line sales leadership** with **hands-on coaching** , supporting a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and deliver consultative HCM solutions to clients.
The ASM acts as a talent accelerator—developing future sales leaders while ensuring consistent execution of ADP’s sales methodology and customer-centric culture.
