Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and validate customer quotes & rebates in alignment with pricing policies, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure accurate application of rebate programs and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Maintain pricing and rebate data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and meet service level agreements.
- Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation and transaction records.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Provide reporting on quote volumes, rebate accruals, and error rates.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or rebate operations within a transactional or shared services environment.
