What will you do as an Associate, Securities Operations (Contract)?
Ensure timely and accurate external instructions and bookings, ensuring sufficient funding and compliance with internal and custodian bank cut-off times. Monitor and enhance service delivery from Custodians, Brokers, and External Fund Managers, focusing on confirmations, settlements, transaction processing, NAV reporting and compliance monitoring. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, implement strategies to minimize operational risks, and maintain robust operational controls. Participate in system upgrades, automation initiatives, and user acceptance testing, leveraging AI for automation and data analysis, combined with a strong understanding of business needs, to enhance operational processes.
