Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
You will manage a varied and interesting caseload of inheritance and trust disputes, including:
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Proprietary estoppel claims
- Disputed trusts and trustee matters
- Equitable claims involving complex family and property arrangements
